Good afternoon.
I bougth a maxiDas a few years ago, i use it every day but 3 days ago, when i turn on the program it appear a message, and it say:
The aplication scan_arm.exe has made an invalid operation and it will close. If the problem continue, get in contact with the provider of the program.
Program: scan_arm.exe
Exception: 0x0000005
Direction: 03FC74F0
This is a picture of the program, it is in spanish.
What can i do to fix this?

Good evening.
The problem still continue, after doing all that the emai said, and it said that the file scan_arm.exe said that has a error.
And also i dont know how to restart the MaxiDAS.
Thats all.
